You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. (Services that we offer are non-refundable once the client confirms the delivery or Handover by Email we Provide Services FREE for ONE MONTH PERIOD – thereafter client needs to pay a minimum service fee)

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately. Please provide details of the product and the defect or damage. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return label if necessary.


If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped or Started the Work, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. If the order has already been shipped or our team has started the work, then you will need to follow the standard return process upon receiving the item.

Damaged or Defective Items and Service

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item (Or any software issues), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item or service. We will require photos of the damaged or defective product as well as any relevant packaging or service. Once we have assessed the situation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund if its a service we will fix the issue for you with in 24 to 48 hours, including return shipping costs (If its a service there is no fee for the fixing ).
